learn safety techniques, equipment needed and paperwork requirements

of Cheyenne
to provide a center where parents can make phone calls to
potential employers, landlords and agencies and receive counseling,
the center will also have showers and laundry facilities and a
napping room for the children

to further staff training in supervised visitation and
developing age appropriate visitation plans to be a voice in court
for neglected and abused children

for bilingually training staff in Spanish to help them better serve

in old elementary school up to code allowing them to continue
serving the community

for developing and augmenting an active Community Marriage Policy
Coalition and to provide training in the Community Marriage Policy

Community Church of the Open Bible of Cheyenne for
training and resources to bring the “10 Great Dates” Program to
their area. Friendship partnered with an Episcopal Church and
a Congregational Church and offered the course community wide.

for materials/supplies
and equipment for The Shack-a positive alternative after school
program for Middle School and High School Students
Washakie
County Ministerial Association of Worland
for creation of a library of resources on marriage, parenting and
counseling to be used collectively in Worland
Wyoming
Inmate Ministries of Lusk
is modifying an existing hotel into a transitional house for newly
released inmates, the facility can hold 15 residents for 12 -24
months after release to help ease the transitional period
Zion
Evangelical Lutheran Church of Worland
for marriage and family related resources for their church library,
a computer system to aid in organization of the library resources
and to allow those resources to be used in the community
This
year 10 Technology Capacity Building Subawards were offered at $2500
each for
one basic computer system with software, one year of web hosting
fees, basic web page design, and basic computer skills training to
assist with the systems operation and maintenance.
